Alchemy Adds New Items for End of Summer


Following the success of its opening, Alchemy offers more gustatory items to its menus.

Alchemy in the Dark now proposes to choose between 3-5 courses menus. Wine pairing, champagne, and mystery cocktail are the additional options to proffer much more magic to the experience.

Alchemy Gastro Lounge presents new recipes for the food menu. The Seafood in Alchemy’s Style, a platter composed of Alaskan Crab Leg, Diamond Clams, Freshwater Prawns, Mussels, Oysters, Sea Scallops, Tiger Prawns & Whelk and served with Cognac Cocktail, Dill Mustard Mayo, Horseradish Salsa & Shallots Vinegar.

The subtle flavour of the Tasmanian Ocean Trout enhanced by some baby capers, dill and a sour cream. A homemade lemon thyme focaccia accompanied this delicious fish.

Char-Grilled Wagyu Beef, coming with crispy potatoes, merlot reduction, olive tomatoes & herbs yogurt. Warm Asparagus, with baby cress, crushed almond & aged parmesan.


Happy Hour starts from 3pm to 7pm (Mon to Sat). Buy-1-get-1-free offer is available for bottle beers, house wines, house spirits and soft drinks. No service charge is applied to Alchemy Gastro Lounge and Alchemy in the Dark, gratuities are offered at the guest’s discretion.
