Four Course Valentine’s Day Feast @ the Blue Butcher

The team at Blue Butcher has created a special four-course menu for you to share with your Valentine this February. For starters, you may choose either the natural aphrodisiac of the ocean, Chilled Raw Oysters, or our delicate Butter Poached Boston Lobster. To cleanse your palate for the mains, their pig’s blood sorbet will be served.

Your main course is a choice of Mayura Farm Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with foie gras and bone marrow or Roasted Red Snapper made with minted cucumber and sweet carrot purée. A Valentine’s Day menu is never complete without a sweet ending. And Blue Butcher’s White Chocolate Cream dessert served with compressed strawberries and champagne foam should hit the mark.

The Chef from F.A.B has concocted some Valentine’s Day specials to pamper your beloved and will offer a rose to every woman.

A delicious and refined Scallops Carpaccio on a Spicy Cucumber Jelly with an unctuous sour cream and exquisitely finalized with some caviar, will be the perfect start to this moment of Love.

Roasted Sea Bass will keep the passion going. A colourfull Puree of Celeriac and Beetroot will enhance the wonderful flavour of the exceptional fish. A delicate mariniere of mussels gives the final touch to the recipe.

Face to face with your lover, let the magic happens and explodes with the tasty Chocolate Platter to share. The assortments include a Chocolate Fondant, a White Chocolate Mousse and an Ice-Cream.

Sweet Indian Words for your Love at Jashan

The Chef at Jashan has crafted a 4-Course menu including a glass of sparkling wine to show your beloved how important they are.

The celebration will start with Broccoli Cheese Tikki in order to whet your appetite. Then, you can choose between the famous signature dish the Bombay Tawa Chicken, some chicken supreme grilled with curry leaves and mustard, or the tender Tandoori Salmon Tikka.

As main course you will taste 2 dishes and will select them between Awadhi Murgh Handi or Purani Dilli Ka Keema Mutter, a handmade mince lamb and green peas cooked with onion and garlic finished with fresh coriander for the meat treats. For the vegetarian’s passions you could try the Curry Leaf Tempered Eggplant, some eggplant cooked in peanut, sesame, and roasted coconut gravy or the Vegetable Jalfrezi, a selection of crunchy vegetables.

Finish on a high-end, with those two pop-in-your-mouth desserts: the surprising and tasty Gajar Ka Halwa, some fresh carrots cooked with milk and nuts or the soft and flavourful Green Cardamom Rasmalai, a poached milk solid in saffron and cardamom infused milk.
