To cleanse your palate for the mains, their pig\u2019s blood sorbet will be served.<\/p>\n Your main course is a choice of\u00a0Mayura Farm Wagyu Beef Tenderloin\u00a0<\/strong>with foie gras and bone marrow or\u00a0Roasted Red Snapper<\/strong>\u00a0made with minted cucumber and sweet carrot pur\u00e9e. A Valentine\u2019s Day menu is never complete without a sweet ending. And Blue Butcher\u2019s\u00a0White Chocolate Cream<\/strong>\u00a0dessert served with compressed strawberries and champagne foam should hit the mark.<\/p>\n
