Your main course is a choice of\u00a0Mayura Farm Wagyu Beef Tenderloin\u00a0<\/strong>with foie gras and bone marrow or\u00a0Roasted Red Snapper<\/strong>\u00a0made with minted cucumber and sweet carrot pur\u00e9e.
