Margherita Prima

Pizza Express is well known in the UK for making consistently good quality affordable pizzas and the only thing wrong with that is that the pizzas just seem to be better in their UK branches.
There is an exception though and that is the Margherita Prima baked with Roman crust!
The tomato sauce is amazingly fresh tasting and not sweet and the buffalo milk mozzarella practically dribbles of the thin, yet puffy crust, burnt in all the right places.
Delicious, but you have to eat it damn quick as it doesn't taste nearly so good once it's been sitting around 20 minutes.
