Founded by three Italians in 2003, I-Scream Ltd. has been dedicated to producing the finest handmade gelato in Hong Kong ever since. Master gelato maker Paolo Predonzan works with other chefs to produce innovative flavours, having produced about 300 since I-Scream first opened. To top it off, their gelato has a healthy low fat percentage at 7% only, and the sugar is at 17%.
