Enoteca on Elgin opened in 2005, and this narrow 60 seat Mediterranean Tapas & Wine bar has been buzzing ever since. ‘Enoteca’ actually means ‘wine library’, a common phenomenon in Roman times in Italy - being a place to gather and relax with friends. Reservations are advised, but if you do happen to pop in you could enjoy a glass of wine at the bar while you wait for a table.
