For all things whiskey, head to Angel’s Share, a swanky whiskey bar and restaurant. Housing over a hundred whiskeys from around the world, it’s the first of its kind in Hong Kong. The bar’s centerpiece is even a full sized oak barrel with 180 litres of single cask Macallan 1990, from which the whiskey can be drawn directly. For non-whiskey drinkers there’s a full range of beers, wines and cocktails, as well as British favorites like fish and fat chips, Shepherd’s Pie and Black Pudding during the day
