ILoveSoHo.hk collects the information each user chooses to supply to us through the registration process on the website. This is then stored within our database to allow the registered user easy access to the site's features at a future date.
By having a profile on the site, each registered user has the ability to special privileges throughout the site. Members are only contacted by ILoveSoHo.hk under the following circumstances:
1) Urgent notifications about changes on ILoveSoHo.hk
2) Email newsletters sent to those who have registered and not un-subscribed.
3) Automatic emails when someone has replied to a forum post by the user.
We do not distribute or give access to our registered member's information to any 3rd party at any time. All information is kept within the ILoveSoHo.hk server which is hosted by our hosting company in Hong Kong.
If a user has wises to unsubscribe from the ILoveSoHo newsletter, then they may click the link at the bottom of the latest newsletter that they have received. They will then be automatically removed. If they would like us to remove their complete profile from the site then they can email info@ILoveSoHo.hk. The profile will be removed within 5 working days.
