Nine Hong Kong restaurants earned a place on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2014, with Japanese Restaurant Yardbird making the list for the first time at position 45. For a second consecutive year, Amber (No.4) in Hong Kong is named The S.Pellegrino Best Restaurant in China. Japanese Restaurant Yardbird specializes in Yakitori dishes of skewered grilled chicken. The many different parts of a chicken, including the heart, liver, thigh and neck, are grilled over traditional Bincho charcoal and can be found on the Yardbird menu.
