They may have only just opened their doors, but new French bistro Libertine is now officially on our radar.
You could say they're going through their 'soft opening,' but Libertine on Aberdeen Street is now open for business.
The concept embodies that of a Parisian bistro - an open, laid-back space (with immaculate interiors) where you can sit at the bar and have a drink, or pull up a table and tuck into specialties from the menu that include fresh oysters and prime ribeye steaks from premium American cattle.
We're pretty thin on the details at the minute, but one statement that we can put out there is that the restaurant looks absolutely fantastic!
They're currently open for coffee and drinks at the bar, and will start serving Set Lunches and items for the dinner menu later this week.
Looking forward to giving this one a try.
