From the brains behind Shore Restaurant and Bar, owners Mark Cholewka and Cathal Kiely have announcing news of their most recent dining venture Se/Sa/Me - opening at L Place.
Presenting a diverse menu that draws heavy influence from Japanese cuisine, with a fusion of pan-Asian flavours, dining at Se/Sa/Me promises to offer a “multi-sensory adventure that takes guests on a journey to explore these exciting tastes and textures…” branding their creative cuisine as “Japanasian.”

Working the magic behind the scenes at Se/Sa/Me is a world-class gastronomic team. Executive Chef Dominic South brings a wealth of experience from some of London’s best hotels and restaurants, including the famed NOBU London – and worked in tandem with Chef Rodelio Agilbot (known for opening restaurants and his TV program “Food Buddha,” on American cable channel TLC) to create the menu.
Headlining the sushi is Executive Sous Chef Shinji Tomori. As one of only 42 chefs in Japan to be accredited in Hoshuin Traditional Style of sushi, with a selection of premium sake and fine wines handpicked by General Manager and Sake Sommelier Maiko Tsuji.

All the smooth, organic design of the restaurant, bar and private dining rooms were handled by award-winning designer Kinney Chan (of Kinney Chan & Associates), combine natural elements like wood to stone, over 6,000 square feet, in a contemporary style.
