Reviving The Classics

Having undergone a major facelift last year, Jashan reopened their doors in December, offering a brand new look and a revamped menu.

On the menu you’ll find classic Indian dishes like chicken tikka masala, Mumbai-style roast chicken and Chef Asif Iqbal’s own innovations like the Bagare Baingan (baby aubergines cooked in nutty Indian gravy) and Patte ki Macchi (seared pomfret fillet wrapped in banana leaf).

Jashan also offer a great afternoon tea set for two people. For an incredibly reasonable $120, enjoy four savoury Indian snack plates, a dessert dish and a kettle of fragrant Indian black tea, Masala Chai or coffee.
