Celebrate Australia Day with a six-course Australiana wine and food pairing dinner at Coast, featuring some of the best tucker from Down Under.
Australian Dorper lamb, Tasmanian salmon and even a hearty slab of pan-seared kangaroo loin are some of the treats diners will enjoy, paired with some of Australia's finest wines, including Stella Bella Chardonnay, Cape River Cabernet Sauvignon and Chandon Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley.
